The International Visitors Programme of the cultural funding organisation NRW KULTURsekretariat kindly invites you to our event trip “REFRACTED REALITIES: VIDEONALE.17 – FESTIVAL FOR VIDEO AND TIME-BASED ART FORMS” from 20th to 24th February 2019.

Funded by the Ministry of Culture of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and run in close cooperation with cultural institutions and actors in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as partners worldwide the International Visitors Programme as a networking programme aims to build sustainable collaborations throughout personal encounters. International cultural managers, decision makers or multipliers are given an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the cultural scene in North Rhine-Westphalia relevant to their own interests. Since 2009 more than 800 guests from over 100 countries took part in the programme and travelled to North Rhine-Westphalia.

EVE K. TREMBLAY’S MEMORY MAPPING HOPE GARDENS (LOCATION SCOUTING) TO LAUNCH AT RICHARD J. MASSEY FOUNDATION FOR ARTS & SCIENCES

August 19, 2011, New York:  On September 13, 2011 from 6pm to 8pm, Richard J. Massey Foundation for Arts & Sciences will host a private book launch and reception for Eve K. Tremblay’s limited edition artist’s book “Memory Mapping Hope Gardens (Location Scouting),” 2011. Richard J. Massey Foundation for Arts & Sciences is located at 601 West 26th Street, Suite 1385, New York.

“Memory Mapping Hope Gardens (Location Scouting)” features an interview between curator Martha Kirzenbaum and artist Eve K. Tremblay. On view during this private reception will be a selection of recent photographs and a presentation of the video installation “There is Dark Matter in Your Front Yard.” Very limited copies of the artist’s book will be available at the reception.

Following the book launch and private reception, these selected artworks will be on view September 14th and the 15th at the Richard J. Massey Foundation of Arts & Science. Viewing is by appointment only.
